Judge Denies Injunction Request by Concert Promoter & Lifts TRO against FHGC

Updated court filings show that a judge denied a request by the West Side Tennis Club and the concert promoter for a Preliminary Injunction against the Forest Hills Gardens Corp. The judge also lifted a Temporary Restraining Order he previously issued. The Gardens Corp has said it will allow concert-goers to enter the Stadium via Burns Street while the court case continues.
